Staff contracts going from 50k a week to demanding £1.5m a week jumps. The change should not be so ridiculous.

I'd like to see some sort of loyalty added to the contract demand of long standing or returning people and have staff accept lesser values in returning.

All divisions should experience wet weeks when in the pre-season test or mid season.

This is a big advantage in that you can run many more km on wets than in dry conditions.

Either that, or allow infinite tyres in the mid season test.

Dan, I added all your wishes to the first post.

Also, what is with the impossible 'wants a S16 contract' when the options only go up to S14 and they are already signed to, say, S13. This is a one way ticket to morale doom and looking WAY too far ahead.

Good thing about that is that you can fix morale by spending points once the update is released, but still, that needs fixing.

Also added that, but in my opinion its not necessary. Its the same for everyone in YOUR division, so thats not a big advantage. Maybe give every division tier the same weather.

Youths in limbo - let them finish the season they started in.

Right now there is an awkward situation whereby a youth that starts the season in the U9 category turns 10 in week 6. He suddenly cannot race any more; and your U12 seats are already filled so he doesn't get trained.

You can plan this in advance when signing drivers, but really, this is a lot of effort to co-ordinate every driver.

Get rid of pitcrew numbers. We're all using the same numbers give or take, we're all pulling them off production for race day.

Why not omit this entirely? Especially given how much slower things now take to produce.

Or make pitstops have a risk value between 0-100.

0 is an ordinary slow stop and up to 100 which would be a faster stop but higher risks and greater chance of it taking longer. ie, loose wheel, trolley stuck, wheel stuck, overshot pitlane etc.

that's not a bad idea - we never see 'oh no there's a problem with the fuel pump' or locked wheel bolts.

Might also mix up overtaking in the pits, you could see really quick stops from slower track teams; or super safe strategies that cost them. Right now its routinely 10s pits and 25s return. Everyone is within 1s of that.

test scheduler including pit stops
a scheduler to set several stints for the test session including pit stops and pit crew
e.g. long stint with 20 laps on hard tires normal 100% 100l - pit stop 10 mechanics - 15 laps on soft normal 100% 100l - pit stop 8 mechanics - long stint hard push 110% hard 100 l

- more types of tires - ultra-super soft
- at least two types of tires has to be used in a race (or the driver gets a 40 sec penalty) - except wet races

- no refueling during the race (and no race that needs more than x liter fuel on the whole distance with normal 100% setting and a "good" fuel economy supplier... and save car 70% on the worst possible fuel supplier on a max tank (for loosing every race, but reach the finish line)

the pit crew could be separated from the "regular" mechanics and do pit training during the week..

what else - rename of the team during the team presentation with a fee - eg. 1 billion...
...
..
.
ok, 1 million should be good enough - but it has to be payed from the private money

- some stuff which is not really needed should be payed by the private money - changing color, livery, rename, giving drivers nick names,...

- do some advertise to attract fans and sponsors

-

- title sponsor is in the team name AUTOMATICALLY whenever it is signed...
e.g. KingTut - Super Aguri GP - visible on the team page only to avoid that lists get broken - like with a specific canandian-japanese team ;)

restructure of the youth program in sence of Kart (5-18)- F4( 12-18) - F3 (15-20)- F2(17-26) - senior race program - the age is the entry age - so a driver who is 18 in week 1 of the season can run a complete season in F4 though he turns 19 in week 2...

and more ;)
