It would be awesome if the moral/motivation issues were more transparent

why? Team fit Unsure [5/10] means a drop of morale/motivation? even when the value is on "good" it drops....
the morale/motivation reset will be gone quite soon...

team fit is how similar that person is to the rest of the team according to their personallity - loyalty proffesionalism etc. you need to get a whole team to be similar for everyone to gell - if someone is way off the average then their team fit will be low and they will start to loose morale - ie they don't like everyone they work with.

A team that has conflict will not be as good as a team without conflict. Communication is key in anything in life and this reflex the moods of the staff members and drivers of the team.

This was create as another way that you had to manage your team ie. Develop parts, produce parts, sign staff member ( drivers etc) but also manage the staffs personalities. If you have a Superb driver that isn't a team player and doesn't get along with his head Mechanic then expect issues on and off the track. If the Superb Designer doesn't like the head Mechanic then how do they work together in a constructive manner?

So balance their morale, motivation and team fit is only another aspect of managing your team and simple stops managers from picking the best of the best for their teams.

Think Ron Dennis, Ross Brawn and Adrian Newey all working on the same car and same team. Big Egos and wouldn't work well would it?
