Hi there.

I recently re-signed a driver for another couple of seasons. I made sure at the time that the contract begins from next season. Why? Because I could not afford the terms being set. However the contract seems to be in place now! Can this be fixed, as I am only going to get skinned alive if he wins the championship as looks likely.

The rationale for the expensive contract was that in Div 1 I would never win a race, let alone a championship. And I even tolerated a relegation clause as he would be too expensive for Div2 .. and by then too old.

So you see my problem… can this be fixed?

The same thing happened to me some time ago, fortunately in my case it wasn't a big improvement in terms of salary or bonus. I also wrote that in the chat but nothing happened, i don't think this can be fixed soon
