Hi there, I have just recently started and I am enjoying the game so far but I have a few questions I am hoping someone can answer for me.

Firstly my starting staff that arrived with my team all have unknown skill attributes. Will I slowly discover these over time or do I need to scout my own staff to find out?

Secondly regarding sponsorships as a new team should I be focusing on the smaller sponsors or is it possible to get a big sponsor? I ask because I don't want to sink all my commercial points into trying to sign a big sponsor only to find out it will take so long I run out of money.
