There's something up with the development system. After spending 11408 points I finally found the GroundFX chassis concept. After researching it to 40% the concept suddenly shows as a public concept in my research list, but surprisingly it is not in my development list at all. This happened in S37 with a floor concept, Floor is Lava, as well. I can't use any of those two concepts, even though they show as public in my research list.

Lets hope Frank can have a look at this and sort it out. The GroundFX chassis concept is pretty decent, and the Floor is Lava concept I also lost out to is very nice. Other teams can use these so it really puts me at a disadvantage having found them, but not being able to use them.

exactly the same thing, i discoverd groundfx concept right before it became public, i was at 40% of research...and it is the best chassis concept until now.
after it become public i can see his true stats, but i can't select it in development page so it is stucked for some reason, come on this game is a little gem but when these type of things happens... :(

in the overview page the chassis concept is still "in progress" but we are unable to finish researching it after it became public, that is probably why we can't develop it
