Hi, I can't find the rules for the custom liveries. And also, is there a template? What kind of files are accepted?

Yes there is a size requirement and it needs to be a png format. I’m happy with mine. But I used artbot to produce it. Ie AI. Just tell it your colours team name and the fact it is an F1 livery and voila you can repeat the command several times to get some nice choices.
