I still think you are working them too hard. Try giving them a 2 week break - ie do nothing. not even research and see what happens. - better yet do nothing for whole season

16 weeks and counting. The head staff is one level away from joining their rock bottom value now as well. And signing a new contract won't fix it because they are already signed for next year, and not willing to extend yet.
