After you eliminate the impossible what you are left with, no matter how improbable, is the truth. If you can see no apparent reason for the poor morale, maybe you should look inwards
Unless having TOO MANY juniors affects their morale and not having proper workloads; but then again hiring multiples was the only way to boost development levels.
This is ridiculous. An entire season on and we are still left guessing what the purpose is - its literally a money pit excercise, hire/fire/spend just to get a hint of how it works; before itll probably all change mid season!
