are all of those designers asking for new contracts Dan? I know I had 2 i had to get rid of (even though one was good), because they were, simple put, assholes, and were basically trying to hold my team to ransom. It was killing their morale and also had begun hurting my designs

Junior staff are killing my designs now too. They all started mid last season as jumping beans, now they are nothing more than shrivelled raisins, rocking in the corner of despair with a gun to their heads. Odd, as they all have good contracts and built a decent car. The team is well ahead of our nearest rival and it looks like we'll promote.

So why is their morale so poor?
