Yes, It is different as it's the combined results of Morale & Motivation if I remember correctly!!

So that staff member should be a 1/5 motivation & 4/5 morale taking the average of the two give the 0-2 star potential rating!!

Nope, 4/5 Morale and 4/5 Motivation.

Three scout reports came back with 0*, the fourth had 2*.

May just be a rubbish scout I guess.

I think that form is separate to morale/motivation and they're not linked, but both affect the quality of the output.

Something like Skill*(morale/motivation factor + Form) = Output quality - at least where staff are concerned

From the help: (not sure if Frank wrote this?)

Every time a person performs an action they will get a weekly form. This form stays the same for the entire week. The forms depends on the talent of the person. If they have a high talent, they will get a higher form on average. If the rating is higher on average, then you can be quite sure that the person has a high talent. The more talented a person is, the faster they will gain skills.

That makes sense, I had two fairly awful testers aged 17, who now have all 2/3 and 3/3 ratings after 2 years in the youth programme and were always reported as being 4*.

Anyone know how to make scouts actually do their jobs?!

Mine are ignoring the scout queue and producing roaming reports despite roaming being turned off.

Have tried deleting the scout queue and starting again, but that hasn't helped.
