Which is more important in scout reports, the star rating or the individual stats? I have a couple of personnel, one with 5* but mediocre rating, the other with 0* but good-ish ratings. Scout knowledge for both is 10/10, so I'm confused!
Still not sure about the star rating - is it merely an indicator of current form (as has been suggested by Frank I believe), or does it also relate to the potential of the staff member?
I ignore the star rating. Have used one scout to scout a driver over 10 times and each time he comes back with different star ratings. It may be to do with form but i feel personally it should show potential.
Morale effects the speed that they will do their jobs so if he drops from Superb to terrible it should take twice as long to do the job costing you more money & time!!
No different then real people in theory but I have never tested or payed attention to this yet!!
