Im wondering if it is based on what someone else has offered Matt? Are we 100% sure this is the case? I think Frank needs to play around with it a bit and maybe remove some of the large wages if that is whats causing it.

P.S My current Coach want's 2'500'000 if anyone wants to sign him lol!

Frank hard coded in some base wages, what they are all worth, but the staff all look at what other staff members make also. So when someone is giving away these massive contracts, every other staff member is going to want that money too.

Another thing, staff we have already signed that get shitty about new contracts straight away. This is stupid. Especially some who have only JUST signed a new one.

I have a guy signed for another 4 seasons. He is getting pissy and wants a new contract.

He is already signed for many years to come. Tough. He was happy then. Suddenly he got greedy.

Could we not have an option to 'top their wages' or amend an existing contract as long as it offers more?

Or maybe give staff generic all round weekly targets to generate morale boost. ie, podium finish, poinsts, or no dnfs and you get an extra 20% wage.

Surely this is better than exponentially increasing salaries.

This is what went bad with pitwall 1.0 and driver selling. It got silly.
