Forum topic: Production queue bug

I keep getting parts automatically built as soon as there’s enough mechanical points as is they were on the production queue, but they are not. And the parts don’t show anywhere.
I get the notification of the part built, the mechanical points are deducted, but the parts are nowhere to be found.

- All automations are off
- The production queue only has a chassis on it

Is it possible that’s its last season’s production queue that somehow keeps triggering the production of parts, but since this parts are for last season’s cars they are not available anymore?

So far this season this happened with
- 3 floors
- 2 exhausts
That’s 416 mechanical points missing. It’s a lot for my small team! It takes me 110 hours to produce them

The main problem is that due to this, I can’t build my second car, because I can never reach the 142 mechanical points I need to build the chassis. So I only have one car running.
Has anyone else had this problem?
How do I report the bug?
Ive tried the chat and I’ve created tickets but nothing (3247, 3249, 3252; then I just gave up on creating more)

You mention that you have perhaps parts on the queue from previous season.

Did you check here :

Wow I didn't know you could check past queues!
There were 2 more chassis on it, so yeah most likely it was last season's queue.

Okay that didn't work. I cleared the queue the other day, and a new ghost chassis was just built.
So I guess that's another race with just one car.

I've submitted the first ticket 3 weeks ago. Still nothing.
It's extremely frustrating because I keep trying to save those points to build parts for the second car and they just keep disappearing, and I'm back to square one with 0 mechanical points.
