Why should it be random? Think it would be based of the level of Head Designer etc. design team attributes/talent. Smarter designers will find the best concepts most probably. That's why you pay for them. There should be some randomness on the play, but not totally random. That's just stupid.
I see your point. But having a high designer level already gives you more designer points per hour. So you already get more chances to find a concept compared to a lower skilled development team. On top of that, lower skilled design teams have the disadvantage that a minimum skill on concepts is set. So even if they discover it, they may not be able to work on them.Deleted member

I'm not sure if I entirely understand the issue.Live tracker/ race - the column "gap" is missing - this information is crucial when watching the race and eventually adjust the strategy
It's in the "timings" tab. It was removed from overview because it's makes the page too narrow.new team - developers are not yet up to speed - still modifier 0% or lower is quite harsh - I would expect at least 20%
It doesn't take that long to increase those values. Generic concepts are always at minimum skill 0%, so everyone can always develop that. If everyone starts at 20%, then why bother with percentages if 0-20 is never achievableWhen designing a part (after researching a concept) there seems to be an issue with the weight. Tried to design a chassis (lucky concept) and the current/potential weight was the same. For grip and aero it was possible to improve the values, but for weight it was not (due to current and potential being equal). I don't think this is intended.
I don't remember exactly who reported this, but I can't reproduce it.While developing a part, when a stat reaches the Potential maximum, the Improved rating becomes 0%. Is that correct or should the rating remain at the maximum? The same happens with weight - it becomes 0 kg. Not sure if the 0 is actually reachable.
That was indeed a display bug and has been fixed.I made in general concept the Electrical system, Steering system and the suspension. I colleceted the kilometers in the test and the progress bar reached the 100%, i had the opportunity to develope the item, i made it, clicked the finish project button. But when i want to produce the parts, nothing happen. More precisely, if i update the page, the green box appear and say that the part has been created, and i can assign to the car too, but when i send it to test, it doestn collect the kilometers, the "upgrade unlock" stay in 0%. I made that already to delete for example all produced suspension parts and produce new ones, but the problem is the same.
