no, not in pw2... it was possible in week 1 in pw1 -- but that is yesterdays news...
btw:

ZagSpeed is a great name sounds like (Zakspeed)

edit: but yes, would be nice to have the option again - expensive, limited, but possible

I think you should be able to do this - would make the changing teams a bit more appealing if you can change its name - as long as name you want to change to doesn't already exist!
