Will the system ever adjust to allow those unemployed staff doing nothing to become more willing to work and reduce their demands if unsigned for X amount of weeks?

F1 drivers like Ruben's drove for passion even in a worse car. Maybe staff with certain characteristics would stick around longer for reduced wages.

I have tried to scout unemployed staff over the years but never get reports. Is that how it should be or is there a bug?

We can sign drivers on a guest basis to assess them, can the same not be done where we can offer staff a trial?
