I feel the scouting system is not working and is becoming grossly unrealistic.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why my scout will not give me a report on my own members of staff. This should be automatic and every few months we should just get a clearer picture of the attributes of our staff and drivers. We should not have to rely on a broken scouting system.
I mean.. I have people I have employed for more than a year, with a scout order on them.. and nothing. This has to change. Please could it be in the next update?
who are they scouting- and are they doing any work? - ie are you scouting a head commercial who isn't doing any negotiating with any sponsors!! or a designer not designing any parts!
Well you are not answering the question. Should I have to scout someone who is doing work for me? These other points are just deflections. You think that it is realistic?
Also does it say int he rules that junior members of staff in appointed roles, though not entrusted with a big design project, are not scouted? It may be a bug... or has this been confirmed?
