That always happens on chassis. I've noticed it since season 1, even beta!

How long should it take for brand new chassis development to show some progress? I started mine last Wednesday, and it's still in the 0-5% stage.

I started a brand new chassis a couple of weeks back and it was around 7-8 days to get to the next stage.

I hope so, as I've thrown all my designers at it! Does it usually speed up once past the 0-5% stage?
