Jus curious do ALL staff get bonuses ? Or is just heads/staff in "work"

Not sure. I am also not sure about who gets what in certain circumstances. Say your junior driver wins a race. Who gets a bonus? Him and the coach.. the designer? Or does the junior get a bonus if the main race yields a victory?

Trouble is Ive rarely had to pay bonus due to being rubbish but this weekend just gone I paid 2.8m in bonuses and I cannot figure out who is getting what :(

The staff get a bonus related to the finish of your highest placed main driver. The driver who finishes lower gets their relevant bonus. Test drivers and unassigned get nothing. Youth drivers get bonuses related to their own position.

I agree with Wayne (about his team being rubbish :) ) in not knowing who gets what in bonuses. Specifically, it is difficult to find out who is getting paid what in terms of bonuses once you've set a contract with them. It's easy for me to find the wage of my head mechanic; it is right on the Staff Pool section of my Personnel page. It's not so easy to find what he is being paid as a bonus if one of my drivers finishes in the points.

In Wayne's case, because his team is rubbish - or was rubbish in Div 2 but is a shining light in Div 3 - it is entirely possible that he is paying extravagant bonuses for making the podium (for example) because he didn't expect to be paying those out. Though knowing Wayne that's probably not the case.

my bonuses are fairly large due to most having 0 wage prior to contract changes now they want more lol

I tried working out who gets what from my 3rd and 4th but gave up as no sums worked out.
