In this regard I've just made a change: it was intended to be for organisational changes. But I feel that for youth drivers it shouldn't be the case as they have no influence over the team's working, and they're way less important than the first and second role. So it's not going to drop synergy for them.

that's good to know :) still won't help me as I swap race drivers according to who is the fastest 2 each race weekend though :p Self inflicted problems ;)

Ok cool thank you for the clarification about youth and test drivers frank. That makes things a lot easier. Do you have some guidance over how far it will drop by hiring/firing someone?
And if you hire someone will the synergy change once they have an allocated roll or is it as soon as they are on the payroll?
