yep, on 4 or 5 drivers.

Krook is now 5/5 superb experience
McPhail is now 2/5 Bad, and so is Heß

The others I've seen improve aren't in my team anymore

Ive seen people improve yes. Give it time and experience levels will go up.

Personally if they are damn quick i dont care if they are not experienced lol!

Seems for me that in beta where faster on improving experience

I think it also depends on your driver too Marias, some drivers/staff will become experienced faster as they are quicker learners.
