Hopefully I didn't miss anything since I wrote this from memory and on my phone!! Again this is my best guess as I don't have proof of all of these yet!!
Im a biot annoyed that the scouted stats hide themselves after a while, you would think once a person was scouted you could always access those details...
Didn't realise that happened! I can understand them not updating as a person improves and having to re-scout, but for the records to vanish - that's just careless (although exactly what I'd expect of my scout)
I have just noticed that the scout has been given different score for different staff. Eg one of my designers is rated out of 3, one is rated out of 5 and the last out of ten. is this supposed to happen? I am guessing you need to scout several times to get more accurate results?

Have you assigned targets for your scout or is he just roaming? He will only scout drivers if they race and recently there has been a lack of youth/feeder races so the scouts have not been scouting.
