You've had a team long enough to know how things work. And if you are still struggling, perhaps it says more about how good/bad you are running things than the game itself?

You have crap contracts yet appear 'very rich'. Pick better suppliers and see better results. I too had crap contracts, and guess what, I failed many times. You know what I then did? Buy better ones. And I started finishing races.

Crap suppliers are cheap for a reason. And as you've picked crap for next year already, don't expect the game to change. It's your playing style and choices that need changing instead.

Next year you will likely also fail to finish many times because of your choices.

I would listen to Dan advice!! I looked over your team and you are struggling due to a few different reasons. I am not here to tell you how to fix them unless you want advise but there are three key indicators that your struggles are self inflicted.

1. HQ building size
2. Staff Quality/ Numbers
3. Contracts

That being said

This I can tell you is a bunch of bull!! I have used Crystal speed for many season and I can tell you I was able to push them 130% and risk. That being said most don't sign the lower tier engines and expect to win let alone push their cars to the limits. Look at Honda of really life example.

Suppliers are huge aspect of this game (Pitwall 1.0 & Pitwall 2.0) nothing has changed in that aspect so I suggest you take a hard look at your suppliers and your long/short term goals.

Oh, By the way my engines will last two or three races (current supplier and former Crystal speed)

STAFF QUALITTY I DONT NEED VERY GOOD STAFF ON DIVISION 3 WITH LOW HQ
CONTRACTS SAME AS ABOVE WAIST OF MONEY
THE ONLY PROBLEM ITS THAT LAST WEEK 2 BRAND NEW ENGINES USED ON 70% AND SAVE THE CAR WHERE UNABLE TO FINISH A RACE
SAME HAPPEND LAST SEASON TWICE (BOTH CARS) AND SINGLE ENGINE ONCE
I USE BRAND NEW ENGINE FOR THE RACE AND EXTREMELY LOW SETTINGS ALWAYS
AND THE FUNNY THING ITS THAT ONE OF THE ENGINES ITS IN MY WAREHOUSE WITH NO DAMAGE ON IT

Back to topic:

Wish we had more contact during close racing, Higher chance of safety cars, Red Flags etc..

I know in my division majority of us are with a second of each so I would assume we would have higher chance of contact or dive bombs into the first corner.

Maybe allow us to set our drivers aggression for the races ie: Start of the race, after a safety car, overtaking & defending. This could also be conditional since I would have my driver defend or overtake more aggressive in the later half of a race.

Back to topic - I wish caps locks are banned

- I'd like to see the 'caps' removed from contract supplier numbers. All teams should be able to get the supplier they want and are prepared to wait on neogications for.
