Duplicate Notification Messages If you pull back from a staff member or sponsor, you get bombarded with 20+ identical messages of the same thing in your feed. Why so many?
Incorrect Hyperlinks to News Articles 'Mr Man wants a new contract' - click the link and it brings you to an entirely different driver or an entire unrelated team to the one in the article. These news links don't match. Would be great if they did, as sometimes even searching the name doesn't produce the result.
Search Bug On occasion I have noticed the search cannot find certain people. I wonder if it is character sensitive, because even copy and pasting some people word for word how they are in the game they still are not on the search.

Do you search for both, first and last name? If I do, I usually dont find the person. I only search for the last name, and then search myself with crtl+F the first name.
Exactly this, I have to either go surname OR first name, but even then it isn't always successful. It's a strange one. Next time I find one I will paste to share if others have this also.
Please fix news feed announcements for research completion. It currents says the same for a designed part finishing, it would be easier to differentiate to say designers have finished 'RESEARCHING' or 'DESIGNING' and maybe colour wash the cell to a new shade to distinguish.
I know every week that testing runs Wednesday to Friday but these are based on European time; which means for me it is actually middle of the night Wednesday into Thursday morning until Friday afternoon here so I can only test Thursday nights so being able to tell my drivers hey if you and the team don't hear from me then driver 20 lap stints until 100 laps completed or Superb set-ups with 100 liters and normal settings. To hard to ask!!
I think there should be something like 'expected results' in the contract included. So if you are a weaker team, you can sign staff with the expectation 'avoid relegation', whereas others sign staff with 'fighting for championship'. the higher the expectation, the more likely they are going to sign, but if expectations dont meet, morale will drop. on the other hand, exceeding the expectations should boost morale. and normal race stuff like 'happy to finish p5' or 'annoyed about retire' should be included for staff as well! that should give a lot better balance to the morale system.
You could simplify the clauses by having 'Top 6' or 'Avoid Relegation'.
So you get a bonus in morale for being P1-P6 for the first clause; or if the latter, anything that isn't the bottom say 8 places on a race by race basis (for short term boosts).
