Also try to off set your sponsors so that some finish in one season and then the next finish the following season so that you don't have to sign new sponsors all at the same time.

Doesn't always work but I try to think of my sponsors as different groups so Sponsors 5 will always finish in a season when my sponsors 4 are still signed since they pay the most and can be the hardest to sign so you don't want to have both sponsor 4 & 5 to negotiate in the same season.

Then have sponsors 1, 2 & 3 off set as well for ease but less important!!
