Hi there...

New at this game and wanting to assign my head commercial guy to the position promised. I cannot see any option to in the 'roles panel'. How do I get him assigned? Where should the option be?

Just to add more details...

I go to the staff overview panel. It says to assign role under the name of chief commercial. It then takes me to the commercial staff. I see my guy, but there is no way to appoint him. The promote button is shaded out. I do not see where else to click.

Go to the staff tab and then commercial

Your man should be there with a promote button. You said this is shaded out? Can you take a screen shot other wise raise a support ticket and our admins will take a look
