Some nice and interesting changes, but also quite a few oddities and bugs (already reported).

One thing I am not sure about is that ALL staff require an upfront cost to start talks. This is too point hungry and severely penalises smaller teams with lower hauls and points to offer when talks get going.

I think staff with NO TEAM should have ZERO upfront cost to start talks.

In real life, you'd jump at the chance if you had no current job role, therefore it makes them more approachable because their availability is greater.
