Thoughts on staff development.

As it stands there should be enough points over the season to burn on junior designers/mechanics building xp.

That being said drivers have youth races, any thoughts on having an inhouse training feature. Points allocated similar to pit crew efficiency. Over seasons seeing staff gaining some XP up to maybe 3/5 given sufficient time type of thing. Has no impact on more experienced designers

Entry level designers are working in the same space as experienced heads and working on all of these projects in a subordinate capacity. Frank mentioned that Head designer counts most towards research level. If Junior Designers are contributing to projects then hopefully they're getting XP. If that's already implemented then this post is probably redundant

Looking to simplify and add clarity towards medium to long term moves

In PW1 we used to be able to send staff to training camps to improve.

Can Designers and Mechanics also have certain parts of the car they are good at making (where there is a boost in stats/ performance when designing / making the part).

However, to balance this out, there should a part (or 2) where there is a big decrease in performance if they build / design it. This can lead to either fast cars with weaknesses or all round cars that are ok (depending on the approach used)

It should help the team not being reliant on one team member (usually the Head designer). Also why are most of the head designers over 60? Surely if they want to be head designer it should be done stats based?
