Keeping it simple, for Franks benefit, couple of lines answers. We are not talking extensive new features; but key things with the current game play that need finetuning and would improve game reliability and enjoyment for all.

Auto-release landlocked Drivers/Staff
If a team goes bankrupt, all contracts signed by the previous manager should reset to 1 year deals; or terminate at the end of that season.
New manager gets a team that can run right away; but those who have signed a driver a season or two in advance from that team then don't get left with a dud driver not assigned for several seasons in limbo.
More accurate Blueprint / Production figures
If a design is for a 430kg chassis; it should not produce 6 consecutive walrus-esque tanks weighing 460kg. That is not realistic at all.
SEASON 9: ISSUE STILL NOT ADDRESSED Production variation is still pretty much all over the place. S9 changes may have fixed it but awaiting results at time of writing.
Move the UPDATE and FINISH buttons further apart in Development. ie, put them on the opposing LEFT and RIGHT sides of the page to prevent accidentally finishing a part before the end.
Having Drivers that retire removed from the game if they are not interested in a new role & if they are interested in a new role then they should state which role they are interested in aka designer, coach etc....
Also assign them random stats with terrible experience or would a all superb driver be an all superb anything else with terrible experience? As I would gamble signing a form all superb driver to a new role if this was the case.
