In PW1, I saw a reason to train youths but in PW2 I don't. If you are having to spend a lot of money on it and you don't get anything back (prize money) then there is no real point in running youths. By the time you pay for a coach and all the drivers, you will be losing a fair amount of money which is already tight with the new wage system that has taken it from being too little to too much.
