Have others spotted that the scouted characteristics for a staff member are one set in their profile and more often than not another set in the scout report section? Any idea why they are different? Surely if it was an average of all the reports fro that person then it should be the same.

yes i have noticed - no i have no idea why they are different - it almost cost me my designer though!!
