Hi Frank.
Wanted to get some guidance on how much effect Synergy has on the team. Currently im spending more time hiring and firing staff to try and find people with really high stats.
Will i get a better result with good staff and keep them longer or does synergy not play that large a part?

Hiring a superb designer over a bad designer will be worth the drop in synergy. The stat is meant to be a difference maker on the top level, so you shouldn't worry too much about it if you're not at your highest level yet.

I see it as the 'finetune' option of your team. Getting top staff together will give you a great team but keep them working together for 3 seasons or so and they will be even more awesome.
