Hi Frank .

Just wanted to get some clarity over the allow to talk to other teams check box.
When not selected the driver is happy that he is allowed to talk to other teams but when it is selected he is unhappy he isnt allowed.

With the wording of the option I am a little confused. I read it as if the box is ticked they are allowed to talk to other people.

Not sure if I entirely understand where the confusion is coming from? Where does it state that the driver is happy that he is allowed to talk to other teams?

When negotiating with staff and decided how much they get paid, years, bonuses etc.
On the right where the staff gives feedback if the " Allow to talk to other teams" is not selected the feedback from the staff member is "*&^&^ is happy that talks with other teams are allowed."
I though if the box was checked then this would be the right reply. But it is the opposite
