Just to be clear: Matthews info is not correct (no offense, don't think it was ever properly explained). It has no influence on if the skill changes are not. What I wrote is how it works, with the expiration date of each report.

my scouts are always roaming even with roaming disabled - this is really annoying as i am constantly looking at reports i didn't want. I enabled then disabled again to try to stop it but it is still occurring - bug?

I seem to have the same problem Dan, im getting random staff reports even though i have it disabled. Have deleted everything in my queue and redone some, just waiting to see if that works...

Dan, do you have multiple scouts? I do, and only my head scout sticks to the scouting queue and not roaming. The other scouts do what they want.

Take note of who your head scout reports on, you should see that they are the only one sticking to the scouting queue

Thanks for raising this, I will change it so that non head scouts follow the guidelines of the head scout.
