There is a bug with the system, Div.3 teams can only negotiate section 5 sponsors who are brand new. All other sponsors will not negotiate with Div.3 teams by the looks of it, even 1 star wealth! madness...

Really? Electrocar - Season 5 sponsor with 2 star wealth available in Season 2. Sponsor ID of 744 suggests they're not new, but are negotiable for Div 3 teams...

The Section 5's don't have an interest in negotiating with lower division teams for future seasons because they know there's a chance there's still a chance to sign with Ferrari/Mercedes rather than Bob McShit Racing and used furniture Ltd.

New as in have never signed with a team previously James, im not sure if Electrocar have although perhaps if there contract ended after the end of season 1 they are effectively like new.

Is it not funny that all signed sponsors in every section who have contracts running out at the end of this season are not available for Division 3 teams? Even the 1 star wealths?!
