As the title says, what is it good for?
How can it be improoved?

Do changes for youth drivers affect the synergy and if so why?

I ask cause the season is ending, my teams synergie is terrible and I am planning to replace some untalented youth drivers.

Synergy is how well your team works together and this is built over time. The longer the team is together then the better they work together so majority should still be terrible status.

All employees morale effects synergy so changing a few drivers could hurt your synergy but if it's low then I wouldn't worth about it too much at the moment.

But that said overall I am not sure the full effects of Synergy on your team and what happens when it say Superb versus Terrible!!
