Also make sure you assign some focus to scouting otherwise he won't scout. At least 1% needs to be assigned!!

Thats not true - although it would prob help. Mines been on 0% all season and i have scouted all my drivers twice or more - severall staff member and am currently scouting free scouts to find the best one

Ah, I think my problem is that those drivers that I have on queue are not in any team. Therefor they are not driving races....
