Also any chance of running the missed races again Frank? Happy for them to be on Wednesday/Thursdays if need be, would just like my youth drivers to get some action to increase their stats.
I see, to try and mould what kind of driver they become right? Are they a smooth as silk Button driver or are they aggressive and fast which mean they could crash a lot?
Perhaps an option under coaching instead? Im not keen on managers being able to influence the youth races directly though as it gives an advantage to those that have additional time to play the game.
I agree Tom, allowing control over youth races benefits those with more time the most. The way it is now is fairer. That said, I do like the idea of a small bit of control over how they should be coached via an option under the coaching.
I wouldn't mind if youths had a qualifying lap each too (all auto done, same fuel/tyres/weather for each driver), cos it does really annoy me when my fast youths keep having to start from the back of the grid. Though, on the other hand, if this is actually helping them increase their overtaking stat directly, I guess I won't complain
