Evening,

My designer moved to another team I must have clicked allow to leave immediately. I had another designer in place within an hour, will this have effected my designing at all? I have next years Chassis and Gearbox on 80-95% will the new designer take over the remaining % or will I have to start again?

I had the same issue. IT kept my old designer allocated to that part and kept on going as per usual

Once development is started using a head designer; it already has a base stat that is increased by allowing the development to complete so shouldn't effect the parts being developed since the designer is still sort of working on the part even though he has left!!

Think of your work site if a manager started implementing things and then was fired. Nothing changes either at all or for a few weeks depending on what the manager was implementing and the new manager taking over knowledge level & skills of understanding of the implementations.
