I see on the careers page there is an option to create a junior team when founding a new team. Does this mean existing managers can now run two teams, as long as the second team is a stated junior team? If so I own shares in other, managerless teams. Am I able to take control of one of those as a junior team? If so, how do I go about it?

Only junior teams can be taken over as junior teams, as far as I know (and thats how it should be).

But one manager can run a main team and a junior team? So if I start a new junior team it won't affect my main team - as on the Career page it says "You can only create a new team if you've resigned from your current team."? Thanks in advance.

Yes, a manager can run a junior team and a main team. But be careful when creating a junior team that you dont mess with your main team. I can't remember the process to create a junior team exactly.
On the team page there should be an option to select a junior team, a button or something. If you're not sure, I'd ask in the main chat - maybe someone, who newly created a junior team, can help.

But its totally fine to run a junior and a main team.

Thanks. I have started a junior team but I can't find a way of naming it - at the moment it just says tba. Any advice please?

My guess would be you have to join a division, and by doing that you have to name it. Right?

Won't I get assigned a division automatically next Monday on the week update? I have tried to find where I would go to rename my senior team that's already in a division - but I can't find that either.

No, you have to select a division as far as I know.

it should be on the team page of the junior team - https://pitwall.org/my_team.php - but most likely it is not there because of an issue which might not be fixed yet. please create a help desk ticket in case there are no options to name, and assign the team to a division 3.

junior teams can have only a hq1 and standard supplier contracts. they can not promote to a higher division. only 3 junior teams are allowed per div 3. ....
it is possible to sign with a div 2 or div 1 team as a junior team, but that would be an exploit of an issue which is most likely not fixed. (warning, do not do that, this would cause a draconian penalty)
