With this new system quick mechanics and quick developers are usless as they where made in original and i think other speilization are to be rewatched if they are on use with this new system

specialization gives you +1 in the selected area and also -5% cost modifier.

The text says: "Designers will be specialized in developing and will develop parts quicker."

This text could get updated to what the actual effects are. Thanks for the feedback.
