With good cars, a good track and some fair drivers, yeah it can be great fun. Even with it's faults I still like it better than any other racer right now.

Downloading now, can't wait to play this in the morning!

Wow, ok - it's pretty good.

Just started working through the career mode and I'm having a great time.

The karts are amazing - so much grip, braking late into the corner, slight kick of oversteer as you go hard down on the throttle.

And the 250cc karts are even better!

Adjusting for the road cars was tricky, being gentler on the brakes and throttle and with a lot more turn required in the wheel. But a nice challenge...

So what are the bad points?

Should we arrange a time for a Pitwall Formula A race?

James, the bad points i know of are sometimes the weird penalties (exiting pits, be sure to stick to the side of the road for a while as it seems to give you a track cutting penalty that slows you for 5 seconds)

The AI isn't the smartest, and apparently just sticks to it's racing line regardless of who is or isn't their (however I haven't noticed this myself, I have no issue with the AI)

Also apparently the AI doesn't get track cutting penalties (someone I know forced the AI off track on purpose, but their laptime still counted).

Minor things though in my books overall.

I haven't been able to use my wheel with pCars yet, as my PC desk isn't stable enough anymore, so the wheel plus force feedback would break it so for now I'm on an xbox controller xD I don't like the karts at all, for me they handle like garbage, either slight understeer or snap oversteer. Everything above karts though handle fine and as expected.

well - if you guys start a pitwall champ - i will be force to buy and join in! provided its on a saturday night around 9pm

Yes, Saturday night TV is terrible!

So, online races seem to be a bit messed up. Anyone else experience that?
