Could anyone confirm if this currently is a working feature in the game?

I can only assume that there are stats and figures for it that make morale drop / rise for staff and that its just not published.

It may explain why certain seemingly happy staff (ie, no contract demands) still have rock bottom morale and motivation if they simply don't get on with other staff.

Or is it a blank TBC feature?
