Okay, I must admit I am confused by the Junior Staff members. Can someone explain what they do and why the are important?
I read somewhere that junior designers will be important due to trying to reach higher research level; which isn't fully implemented yet. So I think I understand how junior designers work. Don't like the cost but that is something different.
But Can someone explain the importance of Junior Mechanic or Junior Commerical?
Do Junior Commercial increase the speed at which we sign sponsors & suppliers? Do they increase the amount of money being offered by the sponsors? As I don't seem to understand the current benefits of Junior Commercial.
Same with the Junior Mechanic; Do they increase production time and Pit Stop pace?
I know in the larger scale of things there are more changes coming in this area.
Juniors increase the overall ability of the section they are from, mechanic, designer, commercial, scout, coach. My understanding is they will help reduce the amount of work put on the head of each section, speed things up and allow overall better results.
From the update information a couple of days ago was "hire junior designers, add them to the design team and the maximum research level will increase".
How do you add junior designers to the design team? Will that mean their name will also appear in the drop down menu when chosing a designer for a part?
I see, so because the staff space is only five and those are filled by heads of department I cannot have one of my junior designers actively designing? Does he gain experience while not having a "role"?
