Definitely 'staff' for Personnel, as I think it's common to adjust staff levels.

Others are OK but still would still prefer a single-click way to navigate.

I did like the old drop-down menus from the top...

I like it. Nice and easy to use and the grouping is better. Having tyres on the cars page is a good move.

I agree with Staff being the default Personnel page and Private Life is probably the best choice for Account generally.

Two more things I would like to see from the menu is 1) a bank balance below the team name at the top and 2) notifications in the top level. For example if I have two messages in my mailbox then the menu would have 'Account (2)' instead of just 'Account'.
