Forum topic: [NEWS] **Duplicate Contracts: What To Do If Your Driver Is Signed Twice**

Several managers have reported drivers showing up with two active contracts at the same time. The cause has not been identified yet.

**Am I affected?**
Check your driver overview. If the same driver appears with two contracts, you are.

**What to do**
Open a help desk ticket and include:
- Team name
- Name and ID of the driver (the number at the end of the driver's profile URL, e.g. pitwall.org/person.php?id=**251403**)
- Both contract details (length, salary) if visible

Please don't try to fix it yourself by firing or renegotiating the driver.

**What happens next**
An admin will cancel one of the two contracts manually. If you have a preference which one should stay, say so in the ticket. Without a preference, the admin decides.

The cancellation has been tested on a junior driver without side effects. If you notice anything unusual afterwards, add it to your ticket.

Until the underlying issue is found, this manual process is the only fix available. If you notice the same issue with staff contracts, report it the same way.
